Product Description
The LuxeMat (patent pending) is a further development of the famous MegaMat and is even more comfortable, robust and cosy – the ultimate mat for alpine base camps, car camping, life in a van or as a practical guest bed.
This uniquely comfortable and soft mattress consists of organic cotton jersey and a layer of wool insulation. Thanks to the moisture-regulating properties of both natural materials, it offers excellent moisture management. The wool used is certified to the highest animal welfare standards. The 3D construction and 10 cm thickness ensure optimum comfort when lying down. Inflating and deflating is made easy by the two flat valves.
Practical side zips make it very easy to connect several mats together seamlessly. This allows the LuxeMat to be transformed into a double bed or a cosy sofa for your base camp or campervan. Smaller items can be stowed away in the side pockets.
The two side zips on the LuxeMat allow sleeping bags with side and foot zips – such as those in EXPED’s Comfort range – to be zipped onto it, preventing draughts and keeping them securely in place. When using two zipped-together LuxeMats, two linked sleeping bags can also be attached, creating a cosy ‘sleeping den’.
The robust ripstop fabric enhances the mat’s longevity and durability. The cover can be easily removed and washed in the washing machine. The package includes a mini pump and our Sidewinder Bag for quick and easy packing.
